Garlic Broccoli

Wash the broccoli, blanch it in salted boiling water, remove it, and immediately soak it in ice water (to keep its color)

The lard is left over from my roasting trotters, batch it out, fry the garlic slices, and fry it into garlic oil

Take out the garlic slices, add broccoli and stir fry

Take out the broccoli and put it on the plate

Stir-fry the minced garlic with the remaining oil in the pot

Add oyster sauce and bring to a boil
