Garlic Broccoli

Soak the broccoli in water and cut into small flowers.

Smash the garlic into a mashed garlic

Increase the oil temperature (I put in some lard), pour in garlic and broccoli, stir-fry on high heat for a fragrant flavor, add salt and appropriate broth to taste. Collect the juice and sell it out

Broccoli is easy to cook, too long time in the pot will affect its taste and nutritional value, so it is recommended to stir-fry it quickly.
