Garlic Broccoli

One broccoli, break it into small flowers and soak in light salt water for about 15 minutes;

Wash the soaked broccoli, blanch it in a pot of boiling water, put a little salt and oil in the water, scald until the broccoli is dead, remove and drain;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, add 2/3 of the garlic, and fry until light golden brown;

Add broccoli and stir fry;
5.
After a quick stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir well and add a little chicken essence;
6.
Add the remaining 1/3 garlic granules and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
The broccoli after blanching is basically cooked, quickly stir-fry and get out of the pot quickly.
