Garlic Celery Leaves

Pick the celery leaves and soak them in water for a while and wash them.

Drain the water.
3.
Peel and mince garlic.
4.
Saute minced garlic in a frying pan.
5.
Add celery leaves and stir fry.
6.
Add salt, add shiitake mushroom powder, and stir well.
