Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

Wash the drumsticks

Prepare shallots, ginger slices and rice wine

Boil the chicken legs in a pot under cold water first, then remove them and wash them.

Pour water from another pot, add chicken drumsticks, sliced ginger, green onion and rice wine, cover with high heat and bring to a medium heat.

While roasting the chicken legs, prepare the ingredients for the sauce (sesame oil, fresh soy sauce, red wine vinegar, chopped green onion, minced garlic)

Add 3 tablespoons of fresh soy sauce to the bowl

Add the minced garlic and chopped green onion and set aside

The chicken thighs are cooked until they are pierced with chopsticks and there is no blood leaking out and then turn off

Sprinkle it in the ice water and let it cool completely

Pick up and remove the chicken bones and cut into pieces and put into basins
11.
Pour the sauce again
Tips:
1. You can use other vinegar instead of red wine vinegar
2. The time to cook chicken legs depends on the quality of the chicken
