Garlic Choy Sum

1. Wash the choy sum, tear off the old skin of the root, cut the root into sections, remove the leaves, and mince the garlic

2. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, cook until the 7th and 8th layers are cooked, add a part of the garlic and sauté

3. Add the choy sum root and fry for a few seconds, then add the choy sum leaves

4. Stir fry

5. Stir-fry until the choy sum is soft, add salt

6. Add the remaining minced garlic, stir-fry for a while, turn off the heat, and add a little chicken powder.
