Garlic Choy Sum

Wash the choy sum and cut off the old roots.

Mash the garlic into a puree. Pour oil into the pot and stir-fry a portion of the garlic to create a fragrance.
3.
Add the choy sum and stir fry evenly.
4.
Pour in the remaining garlic.
5.
Add salt and stir well.
6.
Finally add some oyster sauce and mix well.
Tips:
1. Don't fry the choy sum for too long and don't put soy sauce, otherwise the color will not look good.
2. Put the minced garlic in two parts for a stronger fragrance.
