Garlic Choy Sum in Oyster Sauce

1. Wash the choy sum

2. After the water is boiled, add the washed choy sum and blanch it for about 30 seconds. Take it out and filter with cold water to remove the water and set aside.

3. Add oyster sauce, salt, cornstarch to a small bowl, add appropriate amount of cold water and stir well.

4. Heat the pot, add the oil, add the minced garlic and stir for a fragrant flavor

5. Pour the adjusted oyster sauce, salt and cornstarch into a pot over medium and low heat. Just pour it over the blanched choy sum.
