Garlic Clam

The razor clams bought in the market are soaked in clean water, and the menstrual volume is changed several times to filter the silt inside the razor clams.

Drain the cleaned razor clams.

Add dried chili, shredded ginger, and garlic in a hot pot and stir in oil. Stir until fragrant over low heat.

Pour the razor clams and stir fry over high heat, add the old wine and continue to stir fry for two minutes.

Pour in the dark soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir fry for color.

Add the cut green and red pepper slices and stir fry to match the color.

Add salt and a small amount of chicken essence to taste, then use sweet potato powder to thicken.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve.
