Garlic Convolvulus

Ingredients: Spicy chopped. Green onion. Garlic. Pepper. Water spinach. Wash off the old stalks and cut twice with a knife (forgot to take pictures).

Heat up the wok and heat the oil to 30% heat. Add the peppercorns and dried red peppers and stir-fry on low heat to create a fragrance. Pour in the chopped green onion and stir fry.

Turn to high heat, pour water spinach into the pot and stir fry quickly.

Stir-fry the water spinach until soft, add salt and stir-fry evenly.
5.
Sprinkle in MSG and minced garlic and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Plate.
