Garlic Dandelion

Pick up fresh dandelions and clean them.
2.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add dandelions to blanch for 1 minute. Take out the cold water and drain.
3.
Dandelion chopped finely.
4.
Mince garlic.
5.
Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic and saute.
6.
Add the dandelion and stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and chicken essence to taste.
7.
Out of the pot.
