Garlic Eggplant

Wash small eggplants well;
2.
Peel three heads of garlic;
3.
Fried chili noodles (you don’t need it if you don’t eat spicy food);
4.
Start steaming eggplant;
5.
Turn off the heat 8 minutes after the pan is heated, lift the lid, and remove the drawer to let cool;
6.
Open the eggplant and let it cool. Don't forget to wear gloves, or your hands will be stained;
7.
Chop minced garlic;
8.
Minced garlic + fried chili noodles + cooked sesame seeds + salt and mix well;
9.
Sprinkle some salt into the eggplant;
10.
Put the seasoned ingredients into the eggplant;
11.
Put it in the box, sprinkle some salt on the surface and it's done!
Tips:
If you like to eat coriander, you can mix it in the seasoning.
