Garlic Eggplant

Wash the eggplant, cut into sections and steam for 15-20 minutes (you can steam it for a while if you don't cut it).

After steaming, let cool and set aside.

Peel the garlic, I use a little more, just put it according to the eggplant and my taste.

Pat the garlic with a knife and add salt.

Mashed into mud.

Chopped coriander and minced garlic, stir well, adjust the saltiness.

Split the eggplant segments and spread them on one side. Spread the parsley and minced garlic evenly and place them in a container.
