Garlic Fish Bone

Remove the whole fishbone with tail from the head and meat;

Cut into pieces after washing;

Add salt, pepper noodles, and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes;

Add sweet potato powder and water and mix well;
5.
Fish bones are deep-fried and fished out with 50% or 60% hot oil;
6.
Re-fry it in 80-90% hot oil until the shell becomes hard and remove it;
7.
Add garlic, pepper, and bean paste to a low heat and fry to create a flavor, then pour in the fish bones and stir fry;
8.
Pour boiling water over the fish bones;
9.
Boil on high heat, wait until the juice is dry and spit oil;
10.
Pour vinegar, sprinkle chicken essence, mix well, and sprinkle onion on top.
