Garlic Golden Sand Bone

Cut the ribs into 4cm-long pieces, wash and drain.

Add light soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, sugar and water to the ribs, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Then add cornstarch, curry paste and tomato paste and mix well.
