Garlic Grilled Ribs

Cut the ribs into finger-long pieces, wash and set aside

Minced garlic
3.
Add minced garlic to the ribs and stir well
4.
Add seasonings except salt and knead, cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight
5.
Take out the next day, add salt and knead well
6.
Wrap each piece individually with tin foil, and bake for 40 minutes at 175℃
