Garlic Herb

Wash the grass head and drain, mince ginger and garlic for later use.

Pour oil in a hot pan, heat up the minced ginger and sauté.
3.
Pour the grass head and stir fry.
4.
Add minced garlic, cooking wine, salt, and monosodium glutamate before cooking.
5.
Stir-fry well and put on a plate.
Tips:
Personally think that cooking wine is the soul of this dish.
Please remember to stir fry in a hot pot.
Add or subtract seasonings in the dishes.
