Garlic Lettuce

Wash the lettuce and cut into one-inch-long pieces. Separate the leaf roots with thick stalks in the lower half and the tips of the thin stalks in the upper half on both sides of the pot.

Mince two cloves of garlic. Red pepper shreds for side dishes
