Garlic Lobster

1. Divide the garlic into two parts, beaten half into minced garlic, and half into large granules.

2. Add the crushed red pepper, add salt, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

3. Heat oil in a pan and heat until it smokes. Pour in the lobster and add the ginger slices to fry.

4. Fry until red.

5. Take it out for later use.

6. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour half of the garlic, and stir-fry on medium heat.

7. Add light soy sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes.

8. Pour in the remaining half of the minced garlic.

9. Pour in oyster sauce and mix well.

10. Add the lobster and stir fry evenly.

11. Add beer.

12. Cover and cook on high heat for 5-8 minutes.

13. Collect the juice over the fire.

14. Add perilla.

15. Feast on!
