Garlic Lobster

Put the bought lobster into a basin and rinse with clean water 3 times, then put a spoonful of salt and a little vinegar in the basin and melt the lobster (so that it can quickly spit out the silt) for 20 minutes and then wash it to remove the shrimp intestines and Internal organs.

Wash the abdomen with a brush.

Cut off the bevel of the head and use scissors to pick out the internal organs.

Remove shrimp intestines.

Chop garlic (not just garlic! Forgot to take pictures). Cut the green onion into sections and the long green pepper into small sections.

Smoke around the oil in the pan, add garlic, scallions, ginger and spices to fry to create a fragrant flavor. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry to taste. Add the lobster and stir-fry.

Put a small bowl of water in the pot and cover the pot. When the water is boiled, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add a spoon of cooking wine and 2 spoons of light soy sauce to the pot.
