Garlic Loofah

Peel the loofah, wash, and cut into 2.5 cm pieces.

Garlic and red hot pepper are chopped and set aside.

Soak the white vermicelli with boiling water to soften.

Spread the soaked white vermicelli on the bottom of the plate.

The sliced loofah is placed on top of the vermicelli.

Saute the minced garlic with salad oil.

Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste.

Use a small spoon to evenly place the fried garlic on the loofah segments.

Serve the pot after the water boils.

Steamed on high heat for 5-6 minutes before serving.

Add an appropriate amount of sesame oil in another pot, stir-fry the red hot peppers, and fly water.

Pour the fried red pepper on the steamed loofah section and enjoy.
Tips:
Loofah is cold and has the effect of smoothing the intestines and preventing diarrhea, so it should not be consumed too much, especially if the spleen and stomach are weak and cold.
