Garlic Loofah

Peel the loofah and cut into sections, and then divide each section into four.

Chop the garlic into minced pieces, add soy sauce, oil, and salt to taste, put the loofah on a plate and drizzle with minced garlic.

Steam on high heat for 8 minutes, add chopped green onion, add a few drops of sesame oil, and turn off the heat.
Tips:
The chopped green onion can be steamed with garlic or steamed before serving.
