Garlic Loofah

Ingredients: loofah, garlic

Wash and peel the loofah, cut into hob pieces, and mince garlic.

Blanch the loofah and set aside.
4.
Leave the bottom oil in the pot and add half of the minced garlic until fragrant.
5.
Saute the minced garlic. Add the blanched loofah and stir fry quickly, add salt and monosodium glutamate.
6.
After adding salt and monosodium glutamate, stir-fry a few times, add the remaining minced garlic, and stir-fry evenly.
7.
The garlic is rich and delicious.
