Garlic Moss Shredded Pork

Remove the tail and older parts of the garlic moss, wash and break it into small pieces by hand, add a little salt, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Shred the tenderloin, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, pepper powder, water starch and stir well, and finally pour 1 tablespoon of salad oil and mix well. Shred ginger, garlic, and red pepper.

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the shredded pork and stir fry.

Stir fry until the shredded pork changes color and pour out for later use.

Leave the oil in the pot, add shredded ginger, garlic slices, and red pepper to fry until fragrant.

Add the marinated garlic moss and stir fry.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce and soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Pour in a small bowl of water and simmer for about 1 minute.

Add the fried shredded pork, add white sugar, and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:
The garlic moss is best broken into sections by hand, and it is really not as delicious as handmade. Pickling the garlic moss in advance can make it delicious. Depending on the amount of salt in the later stage of frying, add it as appropriate. The red pepper is added for color matching, and it can be omitted. Simmer the garlic moss for about 1 minute, so as not to affect the taste.
