Garlic Open Back Shrimp

One garlic is broken and peeled.

Finely chop garlic and set aside.

Prepare an appropriate amount of chopped green onion for later use.

Boil water in a pot, add two bunches of Longkou vermicelli, and blanch it for about 15 minutes. The time for blanching the vermicelli can process the prawns.

Wash the prawns, cut off the shrimp silk and tail needles, open the back of the shrimp, remove the shrimp threads, and wash them.

Add appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce to the minced garlic, without adding salt.

Remove the vermicelli, sprinkle a little salt, put on disposable gloves, mix evenly, and put on the bottom of the plate.

Embed the minced garlic in the back of the shrimp, and then arrange the plate in the style you like. Then boil water in the pot, and then put the steaming rack to start steaming the shrimp. It takes about 15 minutes.

After steaming for enough time, open the lid and sprinkle with chopped green onion, and then pour some hot oil.
Tips:
Shrimp body is easy to curl after being steamed, and 1/3 of the shrimp meat will still curl when you cut it. Try it many times and it will look better when it is placed on a disc.
