Garlic Oysters

Chop garlic, heat the garlic with peanut oil in the pot, fry until golden brown and turn off the heat. Add light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, and mix well.

Scrub the oysters clean.

Put the oysters in the steamer, sprinkle the sauce from step one, put more juice, or the taste will be dry.

Steam for 8-10 minutes, then you can get it out of the pot!
