Steam the taro.

Stir mousse flour with 80°C water, add taro, a little salt and oil, and knead into a dough.

Make it into a bead-like shape on a garlic dish, put it in boiling water, and cook until it floats.

Serve it over cold and use it for stir-frying, boiling, and hot pot.
