Originally I wanted to make braised pork ribs. LG said that the meat would be greasy when you eat it. Can you add some vegetables together? The cat turned the refrigerator and saw garlic moss. This season’s seasonal dish is crispy, tender and fragrant. It is fried with the ribs. It's really good together, the crispy texture is completely combined with the sauce-scented ribs

Garlic Pork Ribs

1. Wash the ribs and soak them in water for 30 minutes, then drain the water

2. Add the right amount of soybean paste, salt, sugar, the flavor is very delicious, grab the flavor with your hands

3. Wash the garlic moss and cut into sections, cut the red pepper and gluten into small strips

4. Heat the pan, put the oil, and fry the ribs until fragrant

5. After both sides are fragrant, pour in the right amount of boiling water

6. Burn until the ribs can be easily pierced through with chopsticks and served for use

7. Continue to heat the pan with cold oil, add the garlic moss to fry

8. When the color of the garlic moss becomes emerald green, stir-fry the red pepper and gluten

9. Add the right amount of salt and sugar to make the ingredients taste better

10. Finally, pour the ribs into the pot

11. Stir-fry evenly over high heat and get out of the pot with enthusiasm

Tips:

Soybean paste is already salty, you must be cautious if you want to add salty seasonings
