Garlic Pork Slices
1.
Put the pork belly in the water, add the green onion, ginger slices, star anise, salt, boil over the heat, and then continue to cook. Cook until it is pierced with chopsticks. Immediately put it in a bowl of cold water and stir it up to make it more delicious.
2.
Cut the meat into chunks first.
3.
Stand up the meat and cut it into thin slices with a knife. The thinner the better. My knife is not good at cutting it thick or thin.
4.
Cut the meat slices one by one into small hills.
5.
Put minced garlic in a small bowl (mashed garlic is better), add chopped green onion and chili powder, and pour it with hot oil to make a sizzling sound.
6.
Pour soy sauce, red oil, and sesame oil in a bowl.
7.
Some cucumbers are peeled off, and they don’t need to be too clean. They look better around. Roll into small circles with your hands and place them next to the meat slices.
8.
Pour the adjusted sauce into the meat slices. You can eat a slice of cucumber when you are tired. That's cooler!
Tips:
The remaining sauce can also be served on the table and eaten with slices of meat.
