Garlic Potato Chips

Potato slices, soak in water for later use

Wash the garlic sprouts, flatten the white parts of the garlic, then cut the garlic flowers and set aside

Put an appropriate amount of edible oil, heat to 70% to 80% hot, add potato chips

When the potato chips can't see the color, add the cut garlic flowers. Then you can add salt and chicken essence according to your taste!
