Garlic Pumpkin

Peel the pumpkin and cut into triangles.

Cut one red pickled pepper into circles, one green onion into small sections, and cut ginger garlic, pickled pepper, and green onion into granules.

Pumpkin upside down in the plate.

Heat oil, add ginger, garlic, green onion and pickled peppers until fragrant.
5.
Add water and simmer for 2 minutes, salt, taste very fresh and season, and drizzle on top.
6.
Bring water to boil and steam for 10 minutes.
7.
Garnish with pickled pepper rings and green onions.
