Garlic Red Amaranth

Red amaranth, cut into small pieces, if there are old roots (more difficult to cut off), remove them, wash them and set aside.

Heat oil, add garlic slices, and fry for a fragrant flavor.
Add a little lard to make it more fragrant.

Add the amaranth, stir-fry for 3 minutes on high heat, and stir-fry the amaranth until soft.

Add appropriate amount of salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
