Garlic Rib

The main ingredients are ready, and the ribs are soaked in cold water to remove the blood and drain for later use;

Mash the garlic into minced garlic for later use;

Add garlic, white pepper, cooking wine, sugar, starch and salt to the ribs, stir well and marinate for more than 30 minutes (overnight is best);

The marinated ribs are steamed, steamed in a steamer at 100 degrees for 25 minutes, and steamed in a steamer on high heat for 30 minutes;

Chop the green and red peppers and green onions for later use;
