Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Ribs are blanched in water, drained and set aside

Mix cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and appropriate amount of water to make juice for later use

Add some oil to the pot and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant

Stir-fry the lower ribs until golden on the surface

Pour in the adjusted sauce. The soup is basically the same as the ribs or not over the ribs. Bring to a high heat and turn to medium heat and simmer for a while

Collect the dried broth and sprinkle some white sesame seeds on it and it will be out of the pot
