Put the chopped green onions and ginger into the pot, put an appropriate amount of star anise, add soy sauce according to your personal taste, my principle is to put more soy sauce and less salt, add about 5 grams of white wine, and cook wine (white wine tastes better)

Cover the pot, put it on the stove and simmer for about a quarter of an hour, and then simmer for about 10 minutes (pressure cooker time). After turning off the fire and venting the gas in the pot naturally, you can start the pot. Finally, add some chicken essence and it's ok.
