Three Fresh Steamed Ribs

The raw material diagram is shown in the figure.

Cut the ribs into small pieces and boil for three minutes. Sprinkle some cooking wine when the water is boiling. Remove and wash for later use.

The ribs are marinated with shredded ginger and all seasonings except water starch for one hour.

Sliced winter bamboo shoots and mushrooms, ham strips.

Place ingredients on the bottom of the pan. The ribs are placed on top, and the juice of the marinated ribs is poured on top.

Steam on the pot for 30 minutes.

The steamed ribs are strained to remove the soup, add some chicken essence and stir evenly, thicken the starch with water.

Just pour on the ribs.
