Garlic Rib

1. The ribs are washed and soaked in the bleeding water to control the dry water for later use.

2. Add salt, chicken essence, peanut sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and ginger slices and marinate well.

3. The garlic is slapped flat, peeled off and chopped.

4. After marinating for half an hour, add cornstarch to the ribs and mix well.

5. Add oil to the hot pan and fry the ribs until they are golden brown and remove them.

6. When the oil temperature is high, re-fry the ribs for about 10 seconds to remove.

7. Leave a little oil in the pot and sauté the garlic.

8. Stir the garlic until a little golden brown. Stir the ribs for a few times and turn off the heat.

9. Finished product.
