Garlic Roasted French Loaf
1.
The baguette is sliced diagonally into slices about 2 cm thick. If you don't have a baguette, you can use ordinary bread slices.
2.
Wash a few sticks of thyme and set aside. Thyme is generally eaten less when it arrives. A pot on my balcony is basically enough! If you can't buy thyme, try using a little chives. It just tastes different!
3.
Put a head of garlic in a bowl and mash it.
4.
Then add thyme and 1 tablespoon of salt and continue to mash until the garlic is very crushed.
5.
Melt a piece of butter, then use a brush to spread the butter evenly on the baguette
6.
Then place the mashed garlic thyme on the baguette slices. Cover the baking tray with tin foil, put the baguette into the oven, heat at 200 degrees and lower at 160 degrees, and bake for about 13 minutes.
