Garlic Roasted Wings
1.
Wash the chicken wings and make two cuts on the surface of the chicken wings to taste
2.
Cut the onion into large pieces (I cut the one in half)
3.
Garlic peeled
4.
Put the chicken wings into a basin, add barbecue sauce, 5 grams of sugar, white pepper, cooking wine, and shallots and stir evenly (grab until the shallots are wilted)
5.
Then add garlic cloves, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for more than 4 hours
6.
Let's prepare a plate of clear side dishes: cucumber slices, salt, the remaining sugar, apple cider vinegar (you can use white vinegar instead), mix well and marinate for 30 minutes to taste
7.
Place the marinated chicken wings, garlic, and onion in a non-stick baking tray
8.
Put it into the air fryer, 180 degrees, about 20 minutes
9.
Brush some marinade water on the surface halfway through
10.
When eating, chicken wings and roasted garlic are sprinkled with a little black pepper and served with sweet and sour cucumber slices.
Tips:
1: The sugar and vinegar for pickling cucumbers can be increased or decreased freely according to your own preferences. No apple cider vinegar can be replaced with white vinegar.
2: You can also use the oven to make this dish, and the time and temperature can be adjusted appropriately.
