A few days ago, the shepherd's purse wonton was left with more than a dozen wonton wrappers. I made this sesame layer cake with green garlic leaves. It is quick, convenient, and delicious. The method is very simple, chop the garlic leaves, add salt and mix well, take a piece of skin, brush with egg liquid and add garlic leaves, layer by layer. Use medium heat to fry both sides crispy and you can eat it, crispy and crispy, and the aroma is overflowing

Garlic Sesame Layer Cake

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Knock the eggs into a bowl and mix well, wash the green garlic, chop it, add salt and mix well

3. Take a piece of wonton wrapper and brush with egg wash

4. Add garlic leaves evenly

5. Add another wonton and repeat the above steps again, one layer of egg liquid and one layer of garlic leaves

6. I stacked a total of 7 sheets, brushed the surface and the bottom with egg wash, sprinkled with sesame seeds, and compacted by hand

7. Pour oil in hot pan, add hot oil and fry over medium heat

8. Fry until golden on both sides and remove the oil to control

9. Cut out into small pieces and enjoy

Tips:

1. The thicker wonton wrapper is best to be thinned with a rolling pin 2. Do not stack too thick to reduce the time of frying
