Garlic Shrimp Tails

Shrimp tails are cleaned with a small brush and then washed several times until the water becomes clear and immiscible

Chop the green onion and ginger and put it in the shrimp tails, add salt and white wine and mix well

Cut some green onion, ginger, minced garlic and set aside, divide the minced garlic into two parts
