I originally wanted to use pasta to make fried noodles, but recently I lose weight and control the staple food. If the pasta is not opened, I use the opened dried noodles for frying. Instant noodles are also ok, haha. I advocate a variety of diets for each meal, so I like to match different ingredients, and don't give yourself too many settings, just put whatever you have at home. If you don’t have shrimp, you can put shrimp crawling meat. If you don’t have sea cucumber and abalone, it would be nice to put some rhubarb clams\^O^/

Ingredients

Fried Noodles with Seafood and Clam Sauce

1. Shred the shallots and slice the garlic

2. Cut the horned melon eggplant into thin strips, tear the eryngii mushrooms into shreds

3. Prepare seafood and clean it

4. Cut yellow clams into thick slices

5. Fried eggs with chili

6. Cook the noodles at the same time, add some salt

7. Add chili oil in a hot pan, saute the shallots and garlic

8. Add eryngii mushrooms and stir dry

9. Stir fry after adding other ingredients

10. Add pizza sauce (you can use tomato sauce instead) and clam sauce

11. Add the noodles, fry until the soup is dry, and the noodles are ready for color

Tips:

This spicy sauce is not so spicy. Those who don’t eat spicy food can replace the chili oil in the stir-fry with other cooking oil. It will not be spicy when paired with this spicy sauce. It is very fresh and fragrant. The steamed bun is very good o(^o^)o
