Garlic Shrimp Tails

Prepare the required ingredients, cut the white and green onion into sections, and mince the ginger and garlic.

Shrimp tails in a pot under cold water, blanch for about one minute after the water is boiled, and remove.

Rinse the scum with water and drain.

Put oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and ginger, and stir fragrant white onion.

Pour the lobster tails and stir fry.

Add cooking wine, appropriate amount of oyster sauce, add fresh seasoning, continue to stir for a few minutes, then pour in garlic sauce, stir evenly.

Tips:
Do not blanch the shrimp tails for too long, 1 minute is enough; the garlic chili sauce is not very spicy, if you think it is not spicy enough, you can add some dried chilies or something.
