Garlic Sliced Bacon Cauliflower Roll

1. Boil a pot with boiling water, add an appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of oil to the water, and put the washed cauliflower in the pot to blanch the water;

2. Take out the blanched cauliflower;

3. Soak the toothpicks in water;

4. Cut garlic into slices;
