Today I served a horizontal dish, big ribs, and a mouthful of meaty mouthfuls. That chew is really fragrant. With the smell of garlic and the spicy stimulation of chili, I swallowed it in my stomach, but my heart was full. Full of happiness.

Garlic Spicy Pork Ribs

1. Cut the ribs into pieces and soak in water for 2 hours to remove blood stains

2. Add salt, sugar, chicken powder, light soy sauce, pepper powder, cooking wine, etc. and marinate for 30 minutes. What I have to mention here is that after adding chicken powder to marinate, the meat is particularly tender, great.

3. Heat the pan, add oil, fry the lower ribs until both sides are burnt

4. Scallion, ginger, dried red pepper, stir fry into the pot

5. Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and fry for color

6. Steep in boiling water

7. Add chicken powder, turn to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes

8. When the soup in the pot has obviously begun to dry, add garlic and small red peppers

9. Turn on high heat, collect juice, and cook

Tips:

1. There are two kinds of pretreatments for ribs. One is to soak in clean water to remove blood stains, and the other is to blanch them in boiling water to remove blood stains. You can use whichever you like.
2. The chicken noodles are already salty, and other salty seasonings should be used with caution.
