Garlic Spinach

Wash water spinach and cut into sections, soak in water.

Add a very small amount of baking soda and appropriate amount of water to the milk.

Heat up the pan, add oil to heat, add garlic, water spinach, white wine and stir-fry while adding milk soda water until soft, remove from the heat and add salt, fry until cooked and thinly drenched in oil.
