Garlic Spinach

Remove the roots and old leaves of the picked baby spinach, rinse them repeatedly, and control the moisture for later use.

Cut spinach into sections and mince garlic.

Add the right amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and chopped green onion, add the spinach segments and stir fry quickly over high heat.

Stir-fry until the spinach is soft, add garlic and stir fry.

Add salt and oyster sauce to taste. If you like, you can add a little chicken powder to taste. I didn't add it. It feels delicious.
