Garlic Spinach Stem

Pick and wash the spinach stalks, pinch into inch sections, peel and mince garlic for use.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add salt and deep fry.
3.
Pour the spinach stalks into a pot of boiling water, blanch until cooked, remove and drain the water.
4.
Heat oil in a wok and sauté the minced garlic.
5.
Pour the spinach stalks.
6.
Add salt and sugar, stir-fry until it tastes.
7.
Finished picture.
Tips:
Spinach is a bit astringent, just add sugar.
