Garlic Stalks Mixed with Braised Pork

1. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections.

2. The garlic sprouts are blanched in boiling water for two minutes.

3. Cut the braised pork into thin slices.

4. Mix the garlic sprouts with the stewed pork, sprinkle with minced garlic and chili, some salt, drizzle with sesame oil, and stir well.
