Garlic String Beans

After washing the green beans, add salt and pickle for a while

Cut garlic into froth and set aside
3.
Heat oil in a cold pan (more oil is needed), and stir-fry slowly.

Stir-fry until the string beans are dry and wrinkled
5.
Add garlic and stir fry
6.
Add some light soy sauce (not too much, too much will be salty), start to eat!
